Description:
The above project concerns an unfinished, abandoned residential building in the Rouf district in the centre of Athens. The load-bearing structure of the building was implemented in the 1970s, along with the infill walls, and from then until 2018 when it was purchased by the new owners it remained incomplete.
The architectural study was carried out with the aim of modernizing the building both aesthetically and functionally, so that it can now come to life.
